Very clean and rather new furnishings of apartment. Low height of upper rooms a bit uncumfortable for 60 year old people but manageable. Within easy reach of buses and trains which made visits to shopping malls, places of interest and Helsinki Centre a pleasant and easy affair.

Lo cogí por airbnb, a -7 grados en helsinki y para colmo el aire acondicionado puesto por ambas plantas, no se podía apagar saltaba solo.Nos intentamos poner en contacto con el anfitrión que ponía servicio 24h y es mentira, ha pasado 1 semana y seguimos sin noticias de él.Tuvimos que irnos a dormir al aeropuerto ya que era imposible quedarse ahí.Aún no tenemos noticias de ellos, son unos estafadores

Firstly, the photos are ,spot' on - the apartment looks exactly as advertised. The location is great, there's busses and trains, so you can get to and from the apartment day and night time. Also you have a lot of different shopping options, even a 24-hour supermarket in about 10 minutes of walking distance.Now, the apartment looks as advertised and the location is great. However, the furniture is only the cheapest options from Ikea, everything is worn down and not clean. No items of quality in this apartment despite the price.My mattress toppers have urine stains on them, hair from generations of previous tenants and lots of dust and dirt all over the place. Mind you, I have experience TWO units from this building and they are not cleaned after use. Just some vacuuming, I guess... So have fun with that.I pay ~1300€/month and did not expect to sleep on worn down soft low-end mattresses and sit on dirty chairs and stained rugs. You cannot use the sauna because you are not provided the necessary key. Billing support is slow and will only answer after several contacts. I do not suggest using this unless you have no other option.Edit: I changed my rating from two stars after the first month to three stars. After 3 months and arranging with the situation (buying some new items myself, extreme washing the dirty textiles), overall, I did like it here. And about the sauna: No one tells you this but you can write to the Finnish building management and ask for the Sauna schedule and then pick your private weekly spot.

This is an ultra compact apartment. Its described as an apartment but it's really just a studio room on 2 floors. In my opinion it's only good for one or 2 nights at the most.It's not a good place for pple with mobility problems- narrow steep stairs leading to the loft room and alot of bending in the room because the ceiling is extremely low. Its definitely not for tall peopleThe apartment is very clean, it has a flat screen smart TV, a good compact shower, washing machine, a bit of storage, a mini kitchen with a fridge freezer, coffee maker, cooker and oven. The kitchen also has plates, cutlery, 1 or 2 pots and cooking utensils.The apartment is in a quiet residence area in a good location that is a 10 min walk to the shopping area, bus and train station.The uber ride from the airport was about 15 mins and cost €16. On the day of arrival you are sent a code to enter the apartment.Giving 4 stars because the loft room was way too compact.
