Realtor Kenneth Ekström is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. He never really read the messages and refused to answer the phone. I had to contact his manager multiple times to get the answers and to receive the documents about the apartment I was buying. I also had the conversation with the owner of the apartment and they were ready to hire another realtor. After buying this apartment from Kenneth he almost threw the keys into my face and never even bothered to show me the varasto or sauna that were included to this apartment. I definitely don’t recommend this realtor. Worst experience ever.
