every month problems with bills we re paying before overdue and all the time getting letters from cash inn. The last situation was have changed the owner and and we didnt get information about it. When I have called to helsinki easy fit and wrote messages administrator started to shout of me because I wrote alotof messages that what ti do in this situatuon because payments was in old owner account she started to shout of me that Im disturbing her after her job time and she blocked me. Which normal person shouting on his customer who wants just information to to solve that problem? Not normal I guess. when came to sport club face by face I have asked in which company new account and new company name I have to pay amounts for months which was trasferred to old owner its was funny because administrator dont know company name in where she is working. In club was new owner so he said info to me. So it means in this club working dumps blondie girls who just know about their manicure :DDDDDD

Perfectly decent gym for the price, but the customer service doesn't work or even really exist. I was a member for about a year in Pitäjänmäki and never got a reply to several emails (the only method of contact besides going to the gym in the evenings) concerning important things like billing.I went to cancel my membership and return my key before I went on a trip and when I came back I found a paper invoice for the next month and since it was past the due date they had send it to the creditor already who wanted 50€ as service fees. Since there is no way to contact EasyFit I went there in person to handle to situation where I was met with the same as always: a teenager saying yes yes to everything while looking particularly oblivious. Maybe they do this a lot there. Usually they can't answer any questions and won't notify me after like they said they would. Really shady and low quality service. I can only hope that they will take care of it now and I have no other way of knowing besides calling the debt collection company and asking them.I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit more for something better. If you just use the gym, especially in early mornings it's good, but triple make sure when you cancel your membership that it actually happens.Tähän voin vielä perään lisätä, että ihan Suomeksi olen asioinut mailitse ja paikan päällä. Kirjoitan arvostelut vaan kielellä joka aukeaa isommalle kohderyhmälle. Hyvä yritys kuitenkin arvosteluun vastanneelta. Ei ainakaan yli puoleen vuoteen ole roskapostia ilmeisesti katsottu, en saanut koskaan vastausta paikan päällä ja jälkikäteen mailitse tekemiini kyselyihin.Uskoisin, että kyseessä on alan yritys, joka on kovassa hintakilpailussa tehnyt kompromisseja, jotka ovat enemmistölle käyttäjistä etu, mutta esim itselleni toistuvasti jotain aivan muuta.

I really like the selection of group exercises, which is the reason why I chose this gym. The interior however requires repairs, especially with regards to ventilation and changing rooms. The bathroom is old and not in good condition.

Mukavalla henkilökunnalla ja erittäin siisteillä tiloilla varusteltu kuntosali ryhmäliikuntoineen.Mahdollista personal training palveluihin paikan päällä.Ainoa miinus tiloissa on erittäin tumma ja heikko valaistus.

They made a problem with the bill and then the manager was rude when I requested to resolve it. I also gut hurt while doing PT workout and now that I have a good professional trainer in a different gym I know it was due to the lack of knowledge from the trainer. Also he was constantly on his phone while we were doing the workouts which I payed 1000€

This is a very good gym. It's not expensive and you can do so much different things in here. You can do guided group exercises too if you are beginner. Staff is very friendly and they will assist you if you want. Atmosphere is great here and you can listen music through the speakers or you can bring your own headphones for own music. You feel like a you are welcome to that gym.

Laskutuksen kanssa ongelmia, jäsenyys katkaistu ja Easyfit laittaa laskut perintään koska unohtivat itse katkaista jäsenyyden järjestelmästä.Sali on likainen ja laitteita on ollut pidemmän aikaa rikki, muutosta ei tullut vaikka asiasta huomautti.

Pieni mutta hyvä sali. Uudet omistajat ovat panostaneet saliin. Ehdottamania tarvikkeita hommattiin kun salia uusittiin.

Vähän pienehkö sali. Vapaissa painoissa parantamisen varaa: kunnollista maastavetopaikka ei ole ja trap bar puuttuu. Laitteita on kuitenkin monipuolisesti. Ryhmäliikunnan tarjonta oli myös hyvällä tasolla. Verrattuna Oulun EasyFittiin tämä sali oli melkoinen pettymys. Onneksi sitä voi käyttää samalla hintaa kun on VIP jäsenyys.

Hyvin usein huomaan että salista on tullut lastentarha mihin tulee näköjään lähikoulun teini ikäiset huutamaan, juoksemaan salilla ymmärtämättä ollenkaan salin laitteiden päälle. Näistä olisi kiva kun vakituiset sali kävijät saisivat tietää etukäteen niin pysyisi varmasti poissa sieltä.
