Maria was an excellent teacher. She explained things uniquely and made everyone in the class feel welcomed. The studio is very cute, and beautifully placed alongside the water front. Will absolutely recommend to others.

Ensikertalaisen kokemuksella erittäin positiivinen pilates-kokemus. Ohjaaja oli kannustava, auttoi ihanasti alkuun ja tunti oli todella tehokas jopa sellaiselle, joka on tähän asti tottunut kovaan hikiliikuntaan.

Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. I went to reformer Pilates session which was very interesting and relaxing, even though there were some challenging exercises, I didn’t feel tired after the session, but on the contrary felt lightness in my body.The instructor was very friendly, corrected my mistakes and answered all questions that I had.It smells like a pine forest in the studio and the view to the bay is very beautiful, super cozy.Thanks a lot!

Invigorating reformer pilates sessions, that helped me heal misalignment and improved my posture greatly, whilst also shaping the body. The trainers are high-end, such is the equipment and environment. If you appreciate a bespoke scent, you can also get it at the exclusive studio shop (candles, perfume oils and more). It's an experience that truly lightens up my week.

It is a very nice and cozy place. The teachers are professional and helpful. I prefer this place especially because they teach in english.
