Disappointing experience. We had used Ekomma Oy's service for a soil research project in Helsinki. The service was hourly charge based. The situation became terrible when we had questioned the invoiced hours were too high and tried to cross check the details of reported hours. The cooperation with Ekomma broke up at that point. We had turned to a new service company to continue the project. Everything went smoothly till the end of project. And the charges were more fair and transparent to us. Overall, we would suggest anyone to be cautious to use their service, especially if the charges would be hourly based.
