They have some models on sale with a very good discount. When I came there they told me that there are no known flaws and the chair is fine. The reason for discount is that it was a model chair in the shop for a long time. They are selling it as is" without possibility of returning it. After a week of use I have noticed the flaw - one of the bolted connections was loose and irreparable. I feel that it should be illegal to sell faulted equipment without a description of known faults. The flaw was not possible to notice in the shop at the moment of purchase and the salesman was not willing to tell about the defects. Do not buy their discount chairs."

Bad customer service. I was in a urgent need for a working chair. When I arrive to the place, the seller didn't seem very interested in assisting me. She showed me where the chairs were and said that I needed to test them by myself. Then she left me alone because she was busy (although I previously call and asked if I needed an appointment, and she said no). I had no idea how to use the mechanisms of the chairs and I even managed to cut a little bit my finger with one of the handles. Quite frustrated I started to get ready to go out of the place. In that moment another worker appeared and offered me help (because of her I give 2 starts and not just one). She brought the first seller again who actually this time tried to help a little bit more and was nicer. The first seller excused herself explaining that because of the virus situation she didn't want to touch the chairs, which I understand, but still that's not reason for not assisting me with professional support! I had not idea what chair to buy, that's why I was going there in the first place. I've visited other 3 stores and that was not a problem at all: sellers provided me antibacterial or gloves, showed the chairs 2-3 m away from me and were very eager to answer all my questions during the time I was in those showrooms. This was not the case. My personal impression is that because I was a private customer and not a company my sale was not that important. So I just decided to left the place and spend my thousand euro budget in another store.

Customer service was really good. Good collection of office furniture.
