Soihtu is ending the tenants agreement with me and my flatmates to accommodate exchange students. We are being evicted due to nothing on our part. I have not settled in at least a month yet as an international degree student and I am experiencing stress in a new country. Soihtu did not disclose the possibility of eviction to accommodate exchange students when I signed the tenants agreement this summer.Soihtu office is not open to in-person negotiations with flatmate who has a serious medical condition. The offer they provided to help us" is beyond our paying capacity.I'm sharing this information because we're beginning to hear from other students who have gone through a similar situation.
