Very bad customer service I'm waiting 2 months to make the interview online and oxana send me to Noona both make me to wait and they promised to call me many times they didn't after I make contract again waiting again password not working still waiting the call to explain application how it's working always the excuse AHH sorry I forgot I feel they just don't care and when I order to delete the contract because I really get tired just nothing to get the customer just they say yes contract cancel if u don't need customer why u open the application I feel really sorry after waiting Many weeks the customer service with oxana and Noona weak and not good even they don't know how it's working or recpect the time with customers
