I visited the workshop for a maintenance check. The customer service was great and repairs were fast. Also, I got advise on how to keep my bike in good shape. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend bringing your bike to San Andrés Palvelut at Kaislakatu 6 for excellent maintenance services. Saúl is kind, respectful, generous, and always mindful of your budget and safety. They will give you their time and attention to make sure all of your concerns are resolved. Additionally, the location is great for students. I am planning to return for pre-winter maintenance.

Very well maintained bicycle, fast service. Owner from look and sound already knows what should be changed, we discussed details and I left bicycle. Next day I picked up and everything was done and maintain. Very good service and knowledge.

Saúl helped me fixed my old bike, changed the chain and cleaned it. The communication was smooth and fast. I left my bike at his workshop and picked it up the next days. Saúl is very helpful and knows a lot. I highly recommend his service in Joensuu

Highly recommend this service, you won't regret! Saul immediately found the problem with my bike and fixed it very quickly, which I appreciate a lot. He also explained me what details could be changed for more comfortable biking, but didn't insist to do everything right now
