if I could have rated zero stars for this company I would have. The first time and last time I will ever purchase from this company. Terrible customer service and website very unclear.I brought a car seat online. No where does it say that you can't return car seats it just says no returns on nursery products. Which on the website there is a section under nursery that is cots and bedding etc. car seats come under the section baby so I think that it's very unclear of their exact policy as it does not specify which items are non returnable. after spending £150 on a car seat I was disappointed that it wouldn't fit in my car. I took back to store in original packaging with a receipt and was told that i could not return even for an exchange. i understand that this is their policy but if it would have been made clear on the website at the time of purchase I would have made sure I was 100% happy before going ahead and buying. I am now £150 out of pocket and have a car seat that is absolutely no use to me what so ever. Also after ordering this online because of the price it was supposed to be signed for upon delivery. I wasn't in when it was delivered so it was just thrown in the bush in the front garden. service is a JOKE
