Belizia - Tripla - Helsinki

Köpte en fin skolväska åt yngsta pojken. Blev glatt överraskad av att få betjäning på svenska.

We had a strange experience with this particular store. Belizia is a Finnair partner shop. When your luggage is damaged you go there to get it repaired or get a new bag. Procedure is supposed to be easy, they assess the bag and compensate you based on specific criteria. I have done this once so I know how it works. Well at the Tripla location salesperson made things needlessly difficult for us. She was clearly not familiar with the procedure and was haggling. She offered us 70 EUR for our bag and tried to upsell her inventory. It felt like I was buying a used automobile. She told us all Belizia stores are the same. Im so glad we didn't listen. Went to another Belizia and got outstanding service. Not trying to shame anyone, people make mistakes, but clearly better employee training is needed.

Palvelua ei ollut ollenkaan.Myyjä vaivoin sai katseen nostettua puhelimesta,ei tervehditty,5min omatoimimisen tutkimisen jälkeen kysyi tarvitaanko apua.Oltiin hakemassa taaperolle kerhoreppua mutta tällä asiakaspalvelulla potentiaalinen reppu jäi myymälään.

i bought my suitcase there a year ago and was a nice experience. yesterday however was the opposite. i went there bc one of the locks in my suitcase had broken and i wanted it fixed since it was still under warranty. i was told off for not having reported this at the airport ( i said that i did not notice) the interaction was weird i must say and reading the review posted the day before i must say i felt the same. at the end my suitcase was taken to be repaired but the lady refused to tell me when to expect it to be fixed. not even and approximate date. all in all i felt weird. i payed for an expensive suitcase bc i wanted hassle free fixing and warranty and it is definitely not what i got.
