Kooma Boutique
Must stop for any tourist who wants to score something hand made in Oulu. Kooma Boutique sells made to order hats, college shirts, hoodies etc. Materials are Finnish, but mr. Kooma sweats a lot in the summer and sometimes he has his children working in the shop. So it's not 101% etchical. The little inhouse art gallery displays works of local artist.
