I haven't tried their clothing services but I do not recommend their mat cleaning service. I contacted for a pick up in June they were unable to come pick up my mat until July. In an email exchange we agreed the pick up time would be in the morning, they never showed, just a phone call from the delivery driver in the afternoon and i never got an apology. A later date had to be rescheduled, this time we agreed in the late afternoon on the last day of my summer holiday. I received a call they would pick it up early in the morning, so I had to end my holiday half a day early to be at home. Once home, I found they had already tried to come in the morning and the pick up date had to be rescehduled yet again. The mat was finally picked up at the end of August, came back about 2 weeks later, no bill. End of the month, no bill, September, no bill. I didn't get my bill until the end of September (date of this posting), which means the entire process ended up taking over 3 months. Good price? Yes. Good cleaning? Yes. Good service? Not at all. I would still try their clothing service, as I can drop it off and pick it up in person, but if in need of a mat cleaning service, I don't recommend.
