The best possible customer service!! I had booked a gel nail polish but knew that the state of my nails were not normal due to skin condition (psoriasis) that has affected my nails also.Neera was super professional taking a proper look at them, then consulting with her trainer to ensure that she was going to treat my nail that was suitable for my care needs. I left the salon with some brilliant advice and while I could not get the gel polish this time, I now have hope that with some oil treatment and self-care my nails will be in better condition in the near future and the bright gel colours are waiting for me :)
