I twisted my ankle playing basketball and still had severe swelling after 10 days of rest. I went in and received massage of the ankle and calf and did some in office exercises.Within a few hours of the treatment the swelling had greatly reduced and I was virtually pain free. James was incredibly patient and a great communicator. He constantly checked on my comfort level and explained everything as he went through the massage.After the massage was over he took time to show me exercises I could do to improve the situation at home. I am so grateful for his high level of skill, kindness and professionalism.
