Sofigate

Hello,At work, we had two integrations implemented by Sofigate Oy, from Paytrial and MobilePay to Salesforce, one-way integrations. At first, it was all fine. Then one of the integrations stopped working because of a change of the API on the data source, which is pretty normal to happen from time to time. It is the 4th month since this integration stopped working. It is the 3rd month since we started communication that we would need that fixed. In the end, their proposition was to subscribe and pay a monthly fee so that they can fix their integration. This is after multiple times explaining that we just need that integration fixed, they have bounced us between different sales representatives and neglected our emails multiple times. At the moment we are still waiting for their response which is again late and we have to do manual imports on a weekly basis because the integration is still not working and this would probably continue to be like that for many more months.I would not recommend you use Sofigate`s services, there are some good people working there, but something has gone terribly wrong in the management of the company and this is starting to show.
