Pikkujätti lasten ja nuorten lääkäriasema Tapiola Espoo

We've had both good and bad experiences at Pikkujätti. Receptionists have always been very kind, and nurses too. Regarding doctors, it will of course depend on the individual. So it takes a bit of luck and trial to find someone that works (of course, not so nice if you have to pay for each trial). Some doctors I am sure I would not return to, but others I happily would.Regardless, it's still an option if it's an issue you feel like needs to be checked but the public system is too slow or not worried enough to take you in.

The by far worst establishment I have ever encountered. Booking system does not work, so people are queueing for 2 hours just to be sent home after that. The onsite psychologist is terrible, charging 500 eurs for getting a mediocre report back and when I tried to appeal this, I was just given excuses from her as well as the head doctor. There is no kind words I could share as unfortunate as it is, this is modern Finland.

We have received absolutely terrible service here! From both, doctor and receptionist! The doctor in question had English listed on the website, but her English ended up being far from enough. We received a very unprofessional, biased and subjective treatment which is quite striking for a private provider! I have issued a formal complaint and requested the money back, but PikkuJätti does not even bother answering. I advise everyone to go as far from here as possible. Public or private, just omit and avoid this unprofessional demeaning treatment!

My kids are used to coming here when they're sick, the nurses and laboratory staff are super nice and the doctors are mainly very child oriented aswell. It's always nice to come here.
