Levi Foxfires

We only went for the Foxfires Spa for 2.5 hours. It was snowing heavily as we arrived, and a path carved beautifully in the waist deep snow led us to the private spa area with a hot tub, a sauna room, a fireplace hut and a toilet. The hosts, probably the owners of the family run business were waiting for our arrival and we felt truly welcomed as they greeted us and explained how things work there.The experience was simply amazing and visibly magical with the snow fall combined with little touches of details such as candlelights and spa fragrance. We spent most of the time enjoying the sauna and hot tub, only wishing we could have booked it for a bit longer to use the fireplace as well. We really like it and everyone had a great time going hot and cold switching between the sauna and hot tub. Nothing to complain about except perhaps a pair of non slippery sandals could be provided to help us walk on the cold surface between the facilities.If you’re in Levi and looking for a great spa session, you should definitely consider Foxfires.

We booked the arctic Spa experience and what can I say. It was amazing. The Sauna and hot tub were clean, the hosts are really friendly and did everything to make it a good experience. During the Spa Experience everything was quiet and nobody can look into the sauna and hot tub, youre just in the woods. We can totally recommend it.

I could not recommend Levi Foxfires enough and will it always be a very special place for my wife and I.To start, the location is just perfect. When you are there it feels like you might be the only people in all of Lapland, but at the same it's conveniently very close to Levi town (under 10 minutes drive).We stayed in the Polar Bear room which was just superb. The place could not have been cleaner or more welcoming. Which has everything to do with owners Aggie and Paul. They were just the most perfect hosts and have great chat to top it of! At the end of 2022 we had enquired to see if we could have our very small wedding at Foxfires and they could have not been any more accommodating, for which we will always be so grateful.As I mentioned the location is just perfect, especially if you are looking for a relaxing/romantic getaway. The Artic Spa was just fantastic too, we loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching the red squirrels jump tree to tree. We also made use of the outdoor kitchen and had a BBQ outside, which was a lovely way of just enjoying the scenery (and a few drinks!). As a guest you also get the pleasure of meeting resident dog Gooseberry. I could not recommend Foxfires enough, we will definitely be going back!

This place is so magical! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful mini boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Paul and Aggie are so accommodating and have truly thought of ever last detail to make sure your stay is exceptional. We were lucky enough to experience the arctic spa and we 10/10 recommend it! It is unlike any other spa experience we have had. I look forward to the day we are able to stay here again!

Being in Levi with Paul, Aggie and Gooseberry was a dream coming true! The super cozy room with a view of the forest and the animals. The delicious breakfast prepared exclusively for us, the ball games with Gooseberry, and the morning conversations will always be cherished! We were on our honeymoon, and there's nothing we would change about this wonderful experience. The right destination for those who want to see the Northern Lights and enjoy the true Finnish sauna and barbecue.

Foxfires is stunning! The rooms are stylish, comfortable and immaculate and the views into the forest are very special. Delicious home cooked breakfasts with local specialities, the cloudberries were amazing! We loved lying in the hot tub with snow all around, magical memories.

Amazing, boutique accommodation close to Levi township, but far enough away to feel the wildness of Lapland. Terrific hosts who will do anything they can to assist and a totally dreamy environment to spend a few nights. The sauna and hot tub is a must!

I made a booking for an Arctic Spa experience in the afternoon. Paul and Aggie were very welcoming. I had an amazing time and it was such a unique experience. If you are looking for a legit Finnish Sauna/Spa experience, this place is it. Since I’m a solo-traveler, Aggie took videos and pictures for me. (Thanks Aggie) I highly recommend it!

Our experience at Foxfires Arctic Spa was simply MAGICAL. The location is private, beautiful and romantic. The sauna and hot tub were so relaxing; topping it off with roasting links and marshmallows in the cozy Kota hut. Even sitting on the cabin porch and just taking in the beautiful scenery was pleasant.The staff were pleasant and very personable.I wish we had time to do it more than once during out trip. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone that wants to relax and experience a small piece of heaven for a little while.
